This role is focused on phone-based sales for a premium health and wellness group, contacting prospective members within an office environment. Around 70% of the role involves hitting the phones and communicating the company’s DL values, while the remaining 30% involves showcasing clubs to prospective members. The role holder is responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets and onboarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. The position requires availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective members by phone within an office environment, with this making up approximately 70% of the role.
Inspire prospective members and communicate DL values.
Showcase the clubs to prospective members, with this making up approximately 30% of the role.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Onboard new members.
Ensure new members receive a premium after-care service.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Target driven, with excellent administration and organisational skills.
Passion for all things health and fitness.
Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

OTE £37,000.00
