£29,391.64 per annum plus attractive performance-based commission

37.5 hours per week, with a rotating weekend day and a day off in lieu

About the opportunities

We have roles available across both teams:

• Inbound: Taking calls from prospective customers, answering their questions and guiding them through our funeral plans and the next steps.
• Outbound: Following up with people who have requested information through our website, by phone or by post, building relationships and helping them explore their options.

Whichever team you join, you’ll listen carefully, understand what matters to each customer and explain our services clearly, giving them the confidence to make a decision that’s right for them.

What you’ll do

• Explain our services, pricing and benefits in a clear and reassuring way.
• Work towards sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and quality.
• Keep accurate customer records across our CRM and payment systems.
• Follow FCA requirements and internal procedures, ensuring customers are treated fairly.
• Recognise when customers may need additional support and respond with sensitivity.
• Use coaching and feedback to develop your skills and contribute to the team’s success.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in telesales, business-to-consumer sales or a call centre sales environment, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• A warm, confident telephone manner and strong listening skills.
• Empathy, resilience and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and customer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the right thing for every customer.
• A motivated approach to your own performance and a willingness to support colleagues.
