Trainee Account Executive

Your Responsibilities

• Contact SMEs through phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Learn how to introduce services effectively and generate interest
• Research businesses to understand their challenges and requirements

Client Engagement

• Arrange meetings with prospective clients
• Build confidence through real customer conversations and interactions
• Gain insight into how businesses manage operational and logistics challenges
• Support the delivery of clear, practical solutions that meet customer needs

Training and Progression

• Participate in structured onboarding, coaching sessions, and role-play training
• Begin building and managing your own sales pipeline
• Work towards securing your first deals with support from experienced team members

Account Development

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support account growth and customer satisfaction
