Our Harris + Wood Chesterwell team is going from strength to strength, and we're looking for an ambitious, hungry and driven Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join the team.

This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to turn up and make a few calls...

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience within residential sales estate agency
• A driven, ambitious and positive attitude
• Someone who thrives in a target-driven environment

• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Someone who wants to be part of a successful, growing team — not just another number

Basic salary dependent on experience, with an attractive commission structure and plenty of opportunity for progression.
