GXO is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our People Campus team in Northampton. This permanent role offers a unique flexible working model across multiple sites with an annualised hours contract and an average of 30 hours per week.
Initially, you’ll be placed on one fixed full-time shift pattern (Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00) before moving to the flexible People Campus model, with hours adjusting to demand while remaining around 30 hours weekly.
