Overnight kitchen Cleaner - National Theatre

PersonSpecification

• Experience of technical deep cleaning in kitchens and general cleaning of back of house/catering areas
• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
• Collect and wash up pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
• Team player
• Ability to be flexible on rostered hours which may include some night time working
• Ability to embrace the ‘hands on’ nature of this role
