Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Guest Service Assistant to deliver outstanding service across reception, dining and events. You’ll be trained to work across guest-facing areas and become a part of a welcoming, guest-centric team.
You’ll support with check-in/check-out, conference set-ups and banqueting, while building relationships with guests and maintaining high standards throughout shifts.
