Shift Lead: Inspire Teams & Delight Customers

Greggs is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a shop team and deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll inspire and develop the team, ensuring availability of products, clean displays, and a brilliant shopping experience whether customers order in-store or online.

You will manage the shop when the Manager isn’t around, with a focus on reliability, leadership, and delivering great results in a fast-paced environment.
