Front Office Supervisor – Mollie's Bristol

£13.27–£13.47 per hour + tronc | 30–40 hours a week | Free on-site parking

THE ROLE

You’ll run reception on shift, lead and coach a team of receptionists, and make sure every guest leaves happy. No two shifts are the same. You’ll be:

• welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and helping them use the Mollie's app and digital keys
• leading the shift: organising breaks, doing floor walks, handing over to the night team and joining the daily department meeting
• managing reservations and group bookings, and checking room revenue
• working with housekeeping and maintenance so rooms are ready and issues get fixed
• handling guest queries and complaints with calm and confidence
• training new team members and sharing what you know
• serving coffee and drinks at our bar (Challenge 25 applies) and keeping reception and the courtyard looking their best
• running the weekly fire alarm test and knowing what to do in an emergency

ABOUT YOU

• At least a year in a customer-facing hospitality role, such as receptionist, bar or restaurant supervisor, or team leader
• Ready to step up to supervisor, or already one
• Warm, organised and great with detail
• Confident using technology
• A team player who enjoys helping others grow

SHIFTS

Varying shifts between 6am and 11pm, including weekends. 30–40 hours a week.
