Membership & Donor Engagement Officer

The Royal Ballet and Opera is seeking a Membership Officer to lead day-to-day membership administration for Friends and Patrons. You will deliver accurate records, process enquiries by phone, email and post, and manage Direct Debits, renewals and mailing outputs to support member engagement.

Based in Covent Garden, London, the role is a fixed-term contract of two years at £33,920 per annum. You will contribute to fundraising and audience development while upholding high service standards.
