Store Manager

Are you a true retail professional? Love leading and coaching teams? Ready to run a Rituals shop like it’s your own?

You might be exactly who we’re looking for.

In the role of Store Manager, you’re the heart and soul of one of our smaller boutiques. With your leadership, the shop runs like a dream - from daily operations to big-picture planning and sales. You hire team members, coach them on the job, and create a workplace where everyone works as one.

Your formula? Happy team + smooth operations = great sales results.

What you’ll focus on

Build strong teams

Hire new talent and coach your team members to win as a team. With you around, talent grows, and sales numbers climb.

Get your team working perfectly. You know exactly when to use someone's strengths or when to challenge them with a new skill.

Manage operations & Spot opportunities

Handle day-to-day operations: from counting cash to managing stock, all while following our safety and style guidelines.

Spot opportunities, make plans that boost our sales, and keep customers happy and colleagues engaged.

Create amazing customer experiences

Build lasting customer connections by remembering faces, favourites, and sensing what newcomers will love.

Be a true brand ambassador by looking polished and professional, and paying attention to every detail that matters for a luxury boutique.
