Kenelm Youth Trust at Alton Castle seeks a Programme Leader to deliver holistic residential and day programmes for young people aged 9–18, with outreach to schools and parishes across the Archdiocese. You will live on-site within the Catholic community, supporting volunteers and coordinating activities.
The role includes leading retreats, developing programme activities, safeguarding duties, and occasional evenings/weekends.
