We are currently looking for an ICT Technical Specialist to provide first and Second level support. We are looking for a person who: will provide excellent customer service, is a team player, is organised, and pays attention to detail. This role might suit a newly graduated candidate of someone who has worked in first and second like support looking to expand their expertise., HND level or other relevant qualification or 2 years relevant experience in a similar ICT Support role.
Experience providing ICT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting users in a workplace, placement, apprenticeship, voluntary, or educational environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Services, M365 products and licensing, specifically SharePoint and good understanding of cloud technologies (XaaS)
Disclosure Scotland and Right to Work checks are mandatory for this role
