Hospitality Assistant (40 hours per week)

To support happy living by providing a fantastic dining experience for customers and their guests in the restaurant. Department: Operations Reports to: Chef Manager Key accountabilities and decision making: Customer experience in restaurant. Compliance with Health and Safety at Work Act and the Food Hygiene Regulations To identify and report any signs of abuse.

Knowledge of Epos system for drinks and food orders. Knowledge of different foods and ingredients. Some wine knowledge. Understanding of older people and their needs. Understanding of health and safety procedures. Basic food safety knowledge
