Are you passionate about turning complex data into clear, meaningful insights that help shape business decisions? Join our Data Science & Analytics team and help us unlock the value of data across our Aerospace, Defence and Security business. This team sits at the heart of the organisation, bringing together data from across the business into a centralised data lake and transforming it into reporting, analytics and insight that supports operational, tactical and strategic decision-making. You'll work with a collaborative team based primarily in Newport, where the team comes together in person once a month to share ideas, solve challenges and strengthen relationships. The team's work supports both internal stakeholders and clients, with much of the reporting providing critical insight to senior leaders across the business. You'll have the opportunity to work with modern data platforms, analytical tooling and emerging technologies to help create a more data- led culture and deliver solutions that drive better business outcomes. We can offer great career progression opportunities, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development opportunities. This role is hybrid, with monthly team meetings in Newport and additional travel as required for collaboration and business needs.
Although this role is advertised as full-time, we believe that flexibility at work can promote work/life balance, increase your motivation, reduce stress and improves performance and productivity. We support different ways of working and can offer a range of flexible working arrangements. So, if you’re interested and need to work flexibly, we encourage you to apply and talk to us about what might be possible.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: Newport (Hybrid).
Security Clearance Level: SC MOD.
Internal Recruiter: Annecia.
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum.
