Seasalt began in 1981 with a small shop in Penzance, selling workwear to local mariners and practical overalls to artists. Today, we’ve grown into a thriving omnichannel retailer with over 80 UK and Ireland stores, 400+ wholesale stockists, and a growing international and online footprint.
As a B Corp and winner of both Drapers “Best Place to Work” and CIPD’s “Best Recognition Programme”, we care deeply about our people, our communities and our long-term impact. Our Head Office teams provide the foundations that empower our people to drive sustainable growth across the UK and international markets.
As a Buyer’s Administration Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of the buying strategy through exceptional administrative, operational, and data management support. This role is the foundation of the buying function, responsible for managing purchase orders, sample coordination, product data accuracy, and supplier communication, all while maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of the team.
With an eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset, this role supports the critical path, maintains product data, liaises with suppliers and supports the team in product development and trading decisions to help deliver commercially successful, design-led product ranges that align with brand values and strategic goals.
Please note this is a full-time, permanent contract which is primarily based at our Falmouth Head Office with occasional remote working.
Interview dates for this role are likely to take place Tuesday 27th or Thursday 29th October.

As an inclusive employer, we want to invite a diverse range of candidates to apply for our roles.
We aim to work flexibly where possible and value a range of perspectives - diversity of thought helps us to grow. We're happy to help with any adjustments to our recruitment process and beyond.
Closing date for applications is 18th October 2026, however our roles can close earlier.
