Human Resources Summer Internship 2027

Are you passionate about developing people and leading change? Do you want to make a meaningful impact within a company that owns globally renowned brands like Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders, and Oral‑B? Do you want to intern at a company consistently recognised as one of the UK’s leading graduate employers? Forget what you think you know about working in HR; this is not business as usual. HR is a strategic partner to the business, this means you could work on leading the organisation through change, shaping the future of work, or building best‑in‑class employee engagement. We’re more than just benefits and payroll (but you’ll find that, too), you’ll be at the heart of helping some of the world’s greatest professional talent - including yourself! What To Expect: During your 10‑week summer internship, you will get a first‑hand experience of what a career in HR with P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business HR projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous HR internship projects have covered all aspects of HR including Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Equality & Inclusion. Previous interns have helped shape our recruitment strategy, implemented new benefit programmes, developed training programmes, and so much more! We have roles based in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction. We also have roles in our London Manufacturing Plant which is easily accessible from the city of London, and in our Reading and Newcastle Innovation Centres.

What You Will Gain

• Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities, working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.
• Continuous training & coaching: You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day‑to‑day mentoring from your manager.
• Competitive Compensation & Benefits: The monthly salary for this summer internship is £2,625. On top of this you’ll enjoy lots of benefits like the option to enroll in our pension, flexible working arrangements, and your very own 'Flex4Me' Fund which enables you to allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.
• Full Time Role: Successful interns have the potential to secure a full‑time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step. For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 5th July 2027 until 10th September 2027 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
• P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment.

What We Look For

• University students graduating in 2027 or 2028. We also welcome applications from those who have already recently graduated.
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non‑academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills. P&G was founded over 180 years ago as a simple soap and candle company. Today, we’re the world’s largest consumer goods company and home to iconic, trusted brands that make life a little bit easier in small but meaningful ways. We’ve spanned three centuries thanks to three simple ideas: leadership, innovation and citizenship.
• The insight, innovation and passion of talented teams has helped us grow into a global company that is governed responsibly and ethically, that is open and transparent, and that supports good causes and protects the environment. This is a place where you can be proud to work and do something that matters.
