Welfare Benefits Advisor - Hybrid, Casework & Tribunal Support

The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux in Birmingham is seeking a Welfare Benefits Caseworker to deliver high-quality welfare benefits advice, both virtually and face to face.

You will handle casework to help clients access entitlements, including potential tribunal representation, build relationships with third sector partners, raise awareness, and deliver talks and training. The role offers hybrid working and a permanent contract at 36.5 hours per week.
