People Operations Coordinator — Live Events & Staffing

The Jockey Club Experiences, based at Cheltenham Racecourse, is seeking an entry-level People Operations Officer to support staffing, recruitment and employee experience across Exeter, Wincanton and Cheltenham venues. Regular travel to live race days is essential.

You will help ensure the right people are in place, trained to a high standard and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences, working closely with operational teams and race-day managers.
