Graduate Quantity Surveyor

M Group Highways is recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for its Civils projects team at Hinkley Point. The salary is GBP 31,000 per annum plus benefits. The team undertakes specialist civil engineering for public and private clients across the UK.

The graduate will assist with project cost control, procurement, tendering and contract administration. Budgeting, commercial reporting and attendance at site meetings form part of the work. The role also involves keeping colleagues and external participants informed and checking that work follows the company's health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.

The qualification requirement covers quantity surveying, finance, commercial management or a related degree, including those graduating this year. Communication, teamwork and willingness to learn are requested. Applicants must hold a driving licence, be willing to travel and pass BPSS clearance.
