This role is for a Lifeguard at David Lloyd Clubs, a leading premium health and wellness group in Europe. The Lifeguard will oversee poolside safety across the club's 180+ indoor and outdoor pools and ensure members have a great experience. The team environment fosters a sense of belonging and wellbeing, supporting physical and mental growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee poolside safety to ensure member safety at all times
Be on hand to ensure members have a great experience
Ensure pool areas are compliant with all Health and Safety requirements
Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation at all times
Required Experience & Qualifications
Must hold an NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
Have a passion for all things health and fitness
Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills
A team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice
