Optical Retail Apprentice — Hands-On Eyewear & Service

Vision Express offers an 18-month Optical Apprentice program that leads to a Level 3 Optical Retail qualification. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a Toton store, under guidance from the store manager and apprenticeship team, learning frame selection, fitting, NHS administration and customer care.

You will assist customers in finding eyewear, handling fittings, pre-screening eye checks, and developing skills in lens knowledge and product presentation while earning as you learn.
