You will encourage use of the CNE Pharmacy, complete prior authorizations, and secure financial assistance, directing prescriptions to the specialty pharmacy when appropriate.
You will collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care, support outbound adherence efforts, and participate in process improvements while maintaining strict confidentiality.
