We have a position available Shift Leader, (days) to work in our beautifully kept Residential Care home.
Magdalen House is our 29-bed Residential Care Home for older people. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced carers to join our Home and be part of the team working in an environment where resident health and wellbeing is of the highest priority.
The job is ideal if you are a skilled and compassionate carer who is empathetic to the needs of older people, and looking for ongoing development.
We require you to have:
Experience in medication administration
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards/willing to complete Level 3 if Level 2 held.
We do not provide sponsored employment.
We are Gloucester Charities Trust (GCT) a multiple award-winning care provider and employer, who offer a range of services (our Circle of Care) from specialist Dementia day services to Sheltered Housing and Residential care for older people in Gloucester.
