Practice Nurse — Patient-Centered Care & Health Promotion

Somerset LMC in Wells is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join our primary care team on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week).

You will deliver high-quality nursing care including chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, and health promotion, working closely with GPs and the wider MDT to improve local health outcomes.

Wells Health Centre provides a friendly, supportive workplace with a focus on patient-centred care and wellbeing of the local community.
