Eyewear Consultant & Customer Care Specialist

Boots Opticians is recruiting a Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor, helping them find the right eyewear and service. You will participate in Boots’ Step Into Optics training, combining workshop and on-the-job learning to build strong customer relationships.

You will be based in store, report to the store manager, and have opportunities to develop through the industry-leading training programme and career development options offered by Boots
