Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a CAMHS Practitioner to join the Getting Advice Team within the Single Point of Access. The role involves triaging, assessing and formulating care for young people and families, plus signposting and liaising with partner agencies to identify suitable support.
Applications are invited from qualified Registered Mental Health Nurses, Learning Disability Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.
