Gambling Treatment Lead – Senior Practitioner (Full-Time)

Ara is seeking a Senior Practitioner to help lead the Gambling Treatment team. This full-time role (35 hours) is based in South West England, with a salary of £39,452.

The postholder will support the Treatment Service Manager, lead interventions, and drive high-quality client care. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-performance teams, be self-motivated, and capable of handling workload while promoting continuous improvement within Ara’s Gambling Treatment Service.
