Personal Trainer

About the Role

The Personal Trainer will deliver high-quality personal training sessions, including programming plans, and guide members in the gym environment to help them achieve their goals. The role sits within a premium health and wellness group where team members act as ambassadors for the business. The successful candidate will be supported in growing their client base through a three-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
• Create and manage programming plans for clients.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.

Salary

• £20 Per hour.
• Personal training sessions: 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when running the 16th session each week; minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from the 16th session, weekly.
