Relief Support Worker: Enable Independent Living & outings

Royal Mencap Society is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Gateshead to help a gentleman in his 60s live independently within the community. You will deliver person-centred support, helping with activities and outings while building meaningful relationships.

The role includes flexible shifts (day/evening/weekend), 24-hour support coordination, and a non-contractual sleep-in payment. An enhanced DBS check and references are required.
