HCRG Care Group is seeking a Children and Young People Practitioner to join the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service in Basildon. You will help deliver the Healthy Child Programme 5-19 across schools, homes and Family Hubs, supporting children and young people to build self-care and wellbeing.
