Team Lead, Carer Support — Fife & Kinross (Flexible Hours)

Change Mental Health is seeking a Team Lead to support the delivery of our community mental health and Carer Support services across Fife and Perth & Kinross. This is a hands-on leadership role combining day-to-day team management with direct mental health practice.

You'll lead and supervise staff, oversee referrals and caseload allocation, and help your team develop practice while maintaining a small caseload yourself.
