Job Description

As a Practice Nurse at College Surgery Partnership, you will be integral to a friendly and dynamic team serving over 19,000 patients across Cullompton and surrounding villages. Your main duties will encompass a comprehensive range of treatment room responsibilities, alongside the vital management of long-term conditions. A background in diabetes management is highly desirable, indicating a key area of focus for this role.

You will provide essential assessment, treatment, screening, and health education services, offering advice on general health to patients. This will be carried out with the full support and guidance of an experienced multidisciplinary team, including 8 GP Partners, 10 Salaried GPs, 6 Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, Paramedics, Pharmacists, and a dedicated nursing team, ensuring a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Requirements

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
• Proven experience as a Practice Nurse or similar clinical role
• Demonstrable experience in managing long-term conditions, ideally with a background in diabetes management
