Charge Nurse: Nurse-Led Mental Health Assessment Lead

South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting a staff nurse to work within the Lotus Assessment Suite. You will provide interim mental health care, undertake holistic assessments, and empower patients to participate in their own care following recovery principles.

You will develop skills in autonomous decision making, risk and crisis management, and joint working with multiple agencies, with access to ward and service-wide training opportunities.
