Client Service Manager – Priority & International Banking

Gov in Jersey is seeking a proactive Customer Service Manager to join the Priority and International Banking team. You will work with Relationship Managers to deliver an outstanding client experience and provide operational support to strengthen client relationships.

The role involves handling diverse client requests, collaborating across Banking, Operations, Credit, Compliance and Wealth teams, and developing knowledge of banking products while gaining broad exposure to affluent banking.
