Heritage Portfolio is seeking a Commis Chef for our Central Production Kitchen in Leith. Work across site-wide production handling a range from deli offerings to fine dining, aligned with quality, seasonality, provenance and flavour.
Under the guidance of Executive Chef and culinary teams, you will support prep, cooking, hygiene, stock rotation and portion control, contributing to a positive team environment and high standards of service for events and ongoing catering.
