SíSí, the rooftop restaurant at The Social Hub Glasgow, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead their section during busy services. You will cook to SíSí’s recipes, uphold standards and portion sizes, and work with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
You should be passionate about quality ingredients, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure. Experience with Mexican, Latin American, or modern global cuisine is a bonus, and a curious, collaborative attitude will help you grow with us.
