Lucy Cavendish College is seeking an experienced Head Gardener to lead the day-to-day maintenance and development of the College gardens, ensuring high standards for Fellows, Students, Staff and Visitors.
You will manage the Gardens team, plan budgets and resources, and develop an environmental strategy focusing on biodiversity and current legislation, while promoting wellbeing and sustainable practices. This role offers the option of full-time five days or four days per week with flexibility.
