Business Development Account Executive

Sitting at the intersection of Treasury and FX, this is a unique opportunity to be part of an experienced team building an exciting new venture. Having received significant backing through a Macquarie-led seed round, they’re perfectly positioned to scale at speed, providing an ideal time for an ambitious salesperson to join and play a key role in the next stage of their growth.

Who are they?

Our client has created an treasury intelligence platform that's built for modern finance teams, giving businesses real-time visibility of cash and FX exposure, automated workflows, forecasting, benchmarking and risk-management tools. It provides finance leaders with complete transparency to understand where their money is, what they're exposed to and what they should do next.

The role:

• This is a classic Business Development role - hunting for new business via the phone. They're looking for someone to come in and be a part of the 'engine room' - building your client book and nurturing those relationships as you keep them for life.
• You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and outbound through to demos, negotiation and closing.
• Target and engage with senior finance leaders - primarily CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors and FX/Risk leaders.
• Get in early and make an impact - join at a key stage of growth, with the opportunity to contribute to their commercial function from the ground up.

What's on offer:

• £40-60k basic salary (depending on FX / Sales experience).
• Keep your clients for life with an uncapped commission structure.
