Quantity Surveyor: Commercial & Cost Control

Select is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Dartford to manage commercial work on allocated packages, including measurement, valuation, and subcontract administration. You will prepare payment applications, monitor costs and forecasts, and maintain records to support commercial decisions.

Responsibilities include advising project managers on contractual implications, contributing to claims, pricing and final accounts, and compiling weekly performance information. Experience with COINS is preferred.
