Operations Manager - “Premium fitness”

Location: London
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000+

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day running of premium fitness venue in London. You will make sure every part of the club, from front of house to cleaning and maintenance, meets the premium standards our members expect. This is a hands-on leadership role, central to delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the reception team so that every member interaction is professional, welcoming and reflects a premium service standards
• Support the team by covering shifts when needed and taking on Duty Manager responsibilities as required

• Manage and coordinate the cleaning team to maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across studios, changing rooms and communal areas

• Carry out regular checks of all facilities and equipment
• Liaise with contractors and maintenance providers to ensure timely repairs and upkeep

• Implement and monitor daily operational procedures, health and safety protocols, and compliance with relevant regulations

• Recruit, train and motivate operational staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence

• Work closely with the General Manager and department leads to align operations with wider business goals and member expectations

• Assist in managing operational budgets, inventory and supplier relationships to deliver cost-effective, high-quality service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable

• Experience in luxury fitness, hospitality or other high-end service environments
