Senior Pub Production Chef — Lead Kitchen & Menu Creation

Brewhouse & Kitchen Gloucester is seeking a Senior Production Chef to lead kitchen operations with passion for great food, high standards and attention to detail. You’ll work with the Head Chef to manage stock, ensure safe practices and compliance with food safety regulations, and get hands-on with prep and cooking to spec.

You’ll have opportunities to develop dishes for the menu and drive excellent service every day, supported by flexible shifts and access to learning and development.
