Oak Furnitureland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Orpington showroom. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and ensure a top-notch customer experience while managing daily showroom operations.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with uncapped commission opportunities and a focus on compliance, health and safety, and presentation standards across the display area.
