Job Summary Operational Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid - Office in Leicester

Salary: Circa £40k

Contract: Full time, permanent

Closing date: Friday 30thOctober

The opportunity We are looking for someone to join the Strategy and Governance team in a new role that will support the development, delivery and outcomes of our strategy, by tracking progress and the associated benefits to the organisation.

What you will do

You will:

• Provide support to the Executive team on managing and reporting on the strategic building blocks
• Coordinate the development of an annual benefits register
• Support Executive Action Team meetings, creating the agendas, minutes and monitoring actions
• Work closely with the wider governance team to support the area
• Review applicable policies and procedures, suggesting changes where required

What we are looking for

• Experience of working as a PA, Executive Assistant at Director or Senior Office level
• Experience of providing administrative support in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to recognise, prioritise and deal with important and sensitive information
• A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise your own workload
• Ability to attend meetings in person and take an accurate and concise set of minutes or actions
