Compassionate Health Care Support Worker — Recovery & Safety Focus

Wight Healthcare in Winchester is seeking a Health Care Support Worker to deliver compassionate recovery-focused care in line with care plans. You will support the multidisciplinary team with assessments and safety planning to protect vulnerable service users.
