Wight Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Support Workers for our Physical Health Inpatient Wards at Lymington and Romsey Hospital. You'll join a dedicated MDT, delivering compassionate, patient-centred care under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
The role covers monitoring, basic treatment and facilitating recovery for acute physical health inpatients, with opportunities to progress from Band 2 to Band 3 on completion of competencies.
