Wight Healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join our Community Therapy Team covering Petersfield and Bordon. You will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other health professionals to support patients in their homes and community settings.
You will deliver delegated rehabilitation programmes, help with mobility and activities of daily living, monitor patient progress and contribute to achieving positive outcomes for patients.
