St Andrew’s Birmingham is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary ward team in a busy psychiatric setting in Birmingham. The role focuses on delivering safe, patient-centred care and ensuring high standards across clinical services.

You will support the Ward Manager, supervise nursing staff, and contribute to continuous quality improvement within a 125-bed site. The role offers a full-time, on-site position with enhancements on top of salary.
