As Inspection and Improvement Team Manager you will play a key role in driving excellence across Children's Services, leading activity that supports continuous improvement, quality assurance and inspection readiness.
You will provide leadership and oversight for the development, implementation and monitoring of improvement activity, ensuring that services deliver high-quality, child-centred practice and achieve positive outcomes for children, young people and families. Through effective performance management and quality assurance processes, you will help evaluate the impact of practice, identify areas for development and support the delivery of sustainable improvements.
Working closely with operational managers, practitioners and strategic partners, you will coordinate inspection preparation, monitor progress against improvement plans and ensure learning from audits, reviews, feedback and inspections is embedded across services.
