HUC Bedford is recruiting NHS 111 Call Handlers to support patients across multiple counties with 24/7 NHS 111 and Out of Hours services. The Bedford contact centre offers rota patterns between 7am–11pm, with 12 hours per week across flexible shifts.
Successful candidates complete a comprehensive 6-week training programme (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) before joining the team to provide urgent guidance and reassurance to callers. DBS checks and UK work rights are required.
